Design and Build Quality
Let’s started from the stylish appearance of this kit! It is a pocketable pod mod measuring just 96.45mm length, 30.6mm width and a depth of 21.5mm. LUXE PM40 is constructed by a strong zinc alloy chassis that delivers a solid and comfortable hand feel. The nicely designed panels come with a stunning look. The entire construction is fairly well made and the machining is excellent top-notch. Luxe PM40 features single button operation. The fire button is firm and responsive. The bright and clear 0.69” OLED display screen sits on the side of the device, showing all the info you will need like battery life, wattage, voltage and resistance. The screen is crisp and legible thanks to its black and white theme colours. On the other side of the Luxe PM40 is a silver slider, which is used to adjust the airflow. It can be adjusted from a restricted DL vape to a tight MTL vape, offering some versatility. Luxe PM40 is a compact pod system with various colour options including Black, silver, carbon fiber, lava, jade.
Features and Performance
Equipped with a powerful AXON chipset, Luxe PM40 has a maximum output wattage of 40W. It is pretty user-friendly. There is no auto-draw option. You can take a draw by simply press the fire button. Five clicks of the button to turn the device on and off. If you would like to change the wattage, pressing the fire button three times to unlock the wattage, and then press the fire button to adjust by 1 watt at a time.
Pods and Coils
There are two 4ml pods and two GTX coils included in the kit. On the bottom of the pod, there is a liquid-free chamber with 2 holes at both sides. The pod is clear so that you can easily check the vape juice level without removing the pod. It features an easy top fill design with a large fill port, which is covered by a rubber seal. The two GTX coils that come with the Luxe PM40 are GTX 0.6ohm Mesh Coil rated 20-30W and GTX 0.8ohm Mesh Coil rated 12-20W. Both of them can be used for regular nicotine vape juice or nicotine salts. In my test, 0.6ohm coil works better with a regular nicotine vape juice when vaping at a high wattage.
Battery Performance
The Luxe PM40 is powered by an internal 1800mAh battery, which can be charged via a Type-C charging at 2A. The Type-C port sits on the front of the pod, under the screen at the bottom. In my test, it takes about one hour to fully charge the device. It also supports pass-through charging.

I am really impressed with this elegant and light device. It is definitely suitable for new vapers and those more experienced. It features well build quality, gorgeous panel, adjustable airflow. I really enjoy the wonderful flavour from the 0.6ohm coil, which will definitely satisfy your tastebud. Luxe PM40 is one of my favourite devices.
