Build Quality and Design
Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime is a stylish little pod kit. It remains an extremely compact and handy form factor of the Caliburn Koko. It stands at approximately 68.0mm 45.6mm 16.0 mm and a weight of only 48g. The Koko Prime features pleasant ergonomics and fits the palm perfectly. Uwell did a decent job on the design of this tiny kit. It looks very modern and stunning thanks to the appealing interchangeable side panels, which are magnetic and can be pulled off to be swapped out for your favourite colour. The slogan for the Koko Prime “Keep On Keeping On” is positioned on the hidden back-side of the panels.
On the top side of the device, there is a lanyard anchor spot. The lanyard perfectly matches with the device thanks to the exquisite paint splatter and graffiti writing. It is very practical and convenient to use that can be worn around the neck. The clips closed design makes it can be easily put on or take off.

Getting Started
Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime is very easy to get started and suitable for beginners. The pod features a rounded shape and can be clicked into place. There are windows on the side, allowing you to check the juice level easily. It is capable of hold up 2ml vape juice. To get started, you need to remove the pre-installed coil, drop a few drops of vape juice to fully saturated the cotton, insert the coil back into the pod.
The Koko Prime boasts an airflow hole on the side and a small airflow hole on the bottom of the pod. You can get an MTL/lose MTL draw or a tight MTL draw depending on the way the pod inserted. You will get a loose MTL if the pod is inserted with the airflow holes close to each other. You can get a tight MTL draw if the pod is inserted with the airflow holes farther apart.

Coils and Performance
The Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime uses replaceable coils. The 1.0ohm coil delivers a classic MTL vaping and the 0.8ohm coil provides a restrictive DL vapour. It utilizes the Pro-FOCS flavour testing technology to offer excellent vapour and taste development.
The kit comes with two 1.0ohm coils. The 0.8ohm coils are sold separately. I tested the coil by using the 3-6mg nicotine juice and the 35mg nicotine salt juice. The flavour and quality are top-notch and quite impressive. I can get a rich and warm vapour from the 1.0ohm coil. It’s a nice draw with a comfortable throat hit. The Uwell Caliburn Koko works well with nicotine salts. It delivers a decent throat hit, satisfying and smooth draw that I’m looking for.
I’ve experienced no leaking from the coils after using it for three weeks. It also works well to support chain vaping with no dry hit. I’m very impressed by its coil life. I have refill 11 times before the coil needs to replace.
Battery Life and Charging
Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime runs on a 690mAh battery and boasts a maximum wattage output of 15w. It uses Type-C charging and it takes about 40 - 45 minutes to fully charge the device from dead. But it doesn’t support pass-through vaping. It supports vaping a pod and a half of vape juice before recharge.
