HEETS are heated tobacco sticks that contain real tobacco and are only intended for use with IQOS tobacco heating devices, and the IQOS Duo 3 Starter Kit is perfectly compatible with HEETS. HEETS are unlike traditional cigarettes and vapes, you make it work by heating the tobacco in the stick rather than burning it, and the IQOS Duo 3 Starter Kit features an edgy technology that permeates HEETS stick for rapid and thorough heating, resulting in tar-free and ash-free tobacco vapour. 

Each HEETS stick contains 0.5mg of nicotine, which is approximately equivalent to the nicotine content of a traditional cigarette. And the nicotine absorption is significantly increased because the tobacco in the HEETS is heated instead of being burned. 

There are different flavours to choose from including Mauve, Russet, Sienna Caps, Sienna, Teak, Turquoise, and Yellow. HEETS flavours range from mild tobacco flavour to bold tobacco flavour, with some flavours having a menthol or mint aftertaste. And there will be more flavours in the near future.
