The VOOPOO Argus Air Pod Kit stands at approximately 95.3 × 31.4 × 19.3mm, which is compact and portable. The Argus Air only has one button above the OLED Screen. It has dual airflow and adjustable airflow system. There are 3 slots on both sides, which are filled in aside from a small hole however the slot at either side is hollow. The LED screen displays all of your vaping information including wattage, coil resistance, puff count and the time you vape. The body of VOOPOO Argus Air Pod Kit is produced out of Zinc Alloy and Leather that gives durability and feels good at hand. The leather comes in 7 different colors.

The VOOPOO Argus Air Pod is connected by four round magnets. It features a bottom filling system with a rubber plug. The mouthpiece fits the mouth quite perfectly. The VOOPOO Argus Air Kit has dual firing features: button-activated and draw-activated, you can press the fire button or inhale directly to have a draw. The fire button is rapid in responding, however, the draw activation is not that sensitive. The Argus Air kit includes two pods pre-installed with different coils. 0.6-ohm PnP-TM1 mesh coil – rated for 20-25 watts
The 0.6-ohm PnP-TM1 mesh coil is recommended to be used at 20w to 25w. With the airflow set to MTL you get a small hint of flavour and little vapour production. With DTL you get a nice small cloud but the flavour is not that good. No dry hit at all.
0.8-ohm integrated MTL coil – rated for 12-18 watts
The flavor from the 0.8-ohm MTL coil was nice, but it took a few days to get rid of the plastic taste. Since the coil isn’t removable, you can’t rinse it out. I preferred the draw on the MTL airflow setting, it provides a tight draw and a comfortable throat hit. No dry hit for this coil too.
VOOPOO Argus Air Battery Life
The VOOPOO Argus Air is powered by a 900mAh internal battery. When it goes down to one bar on the screen, it is advisable to charge it immediately because it doesn’t support pass-through charging. It takes about 70 minutes to charge the Argus Air.
You can use the machine at 25w if you use it with PnP coils. The battery is designed for 25w for 8 minutes, which will provide you with a 2-second long puff every other minute for 8 hours.
I like to use the machine at 15w. At 15w you’re going to get a 2-second puff for approximately 13 hours.
